Photo McKlein
Own 25 masterful photographs from the lavish McKlein motorsport archive, in large format. Oh yes, and know what day of the month it is as well. McKlein’s 2025 Motorsport Classic calendar is a great gift.
This one is McKlein’s 25th motorsport calendar. Traditionally, we associate McKlein with exquisite photographs showcasing rally cars from the most remote parts of the globe. There is some of that in this calendar, of course, but the McKlein archive is much richer than that. That is nowhere clearer than in the cover image, with Brian Redman ‘sending’ the Porsche 908/03 in the 1970 Nürburgring 1000 Km, where he and Jo Siffert would ultimately retire.
That leaves 24 other images, which means there are two image options for each month. McKlein in their selection have tried to stick to 40-, 45-, 50-, etc years relevance. The images date back to the fifties, sixties and seventies. If we have to pick two images that spike our imagination, it’s the 1950 Pescara Grand Prix and the deluge that hit the 1965 Sebring 12 Hours. Motorsport like it simply does not exist anymore.
Printed on a 67 x 48 cm format, all images are black and white.
Available in the McKlein webstore, priced at €49, shipping excluded. This would make many a motorsport fan happy at Christmas.
