Coming to America; Tazio moves in with Barnes & Noble and BAM!

To answer a question we have been asked a lot – where can I find Tazio? – we have decided to broaden our distribution network in the United States. Late July, early August, you will be able to find Tazio Magazine in selected Barnes & Noble and Books-A-Million stores in the USA.

Starting with our upcoming edition, the special on 100 Years Le Mans 24 Hours, we wanted to give you better options to find Tazio. For many, the hassle of having the magazine shipped over and – let’s be open about this – the considerable shipping cost for one issue, are too much of a hurdle. We fully understand this, which is why together with Magazine Heaven Direct in the UK, we have decided to create a wider distribution network.

This July/August

There is more news to come on this front, but regarding the USA, we can already say you will be able to find Tazio in a number of stores with Barnes & Noble and with Books-A-Million. We hope this makes your life easier. We expect the issues to hit the stores towards the end of July, early August.

Artwork

The first issue will be our Le Mans special, of which we wanted to give you a bit of a sneak peak in how the cover grows. Here, you see the first sketch Rafael Varela made after a brainstorm session on how we wanted the cover to be; unmistakeably Le Mans, but not focused on the standing start. The Porsche 917 Langheck, the Ferrari 550 GTS Maranello by Prodrive and Tazio Nuvolari’s Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 cover different eras and are all the subject of longreads in the magazine.

By the end of next week, we have the first copies of issue 8 available in our webshop, which of course remains in business as well.
