Here is a weekend tip: go visit Retro Chambley in France this weekend. You can even drive your own classic on the track if you want.
Chambley is the scene for many of our race tests and photo shoots. This weekend (7-8 October), the track near Metz (France) organises a classic car festival for the very first time. Retro Chambley is open for classic cars and youngtimers, right up until built year 1989. There is a static show in the paddock area, but you can come drive your own oldtimer as well.
The organisers have planned different twenty-minute sessions where you can go on track in your classic car, a slot in one of the sessions costs just 30 euros. At 11:00 and at 16:00, on both Saturday and Sunday, the cars in the exposition go around the track on a parade lap.
Spectator access is just 5 euros (for both days). Included: access to the concerts on Saturday evening (Lords of Rock and Phoenix 66) and Sunday afternoon (Miss’Guinguette).
