Until now, there\u2019s never been an authoritative, dedicated history of the exquisitely tiny performance cars that Ernesto, Ettore and Bindo designed and built for 20 years at their new firm. Now published in English for the first time, <em>Inside OSCA<\/em> is an anecdotal romp through the company\u2019s history and its always-fascinating creations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the uninitiated, OSCA was created to build cars suitable for the 1,100cc racing categories that became popular in Italy after the war. It\u2019s brightly told, a break from the endless roll of statistics that sometimes dominate histories such as these.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From every standpoint, narrative and visual, Inside OSCA is a truly superior look at these small speedsters, the sort they\u2019ve deserved for a long time.
