That year, Lionel invited me to the Karting World Championship at Le Mans. He drew my attention to a young Brazilian hopeful named da Silva: \u201cBernard, take some photos of No. 70 in the yellow helmet, we\u2019ll see him soon in F1!\u201d Lionel had already noticed there was \u2018something special\u2019 about this Brazilian.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Thus starts the book renowned French racing photographer Bernard Asset published with RedRunner.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Ayrton Senna, by Bernard Asset\u2019 is a personal tribute to the Brazilian triple world champion who passed away in Imola on May 1<sup>st<\/sup>, 1994. Testimonies come from people like Emerson Fittipaldi, Rubens Barichello, Alain Prost, Ron Dennis, but also less frequently-heard voices such as Lisa Dennis, Renault\u2019s Bruno Mauduit or Jo Ramirez.
