Exclusive A3-sized poster by Rafael Varela. In 2024, we celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Ford GT40’s debut at the Le Mans 24 Hours. The GT40 may be immortal for Henry Ford II’s line ‘let’s kick Ferrari’s ass’, but in reality Ford was served a plate of humble pie, with transmission problems sidelining all three entered GT40s. Yet, the potential was clear for all to see.
